Join Jett Williams, Omnivore Recordings, Osiris Studio, and Take Out Vinyl to wrap up Making Vinyl 2024 and explore the trajectory of the Hank Williams historical releases from their inception where the question was asked, “You’re going to take my dad back to vinyl?” through the resulting ten releases including four Record Store Day pieces and a Grammy win. You’ll hear from Jett Williams about being the custodian of her father’s legacy, Cheryl Pawelski and Greg Allen of Omnivore Recordings about the origination production of the releases, Michael Graves of Osiris Studio on the restoration of the audio, and Jeff Powell of Take Out Vinyl on the vinyl mastering and cutting.
