Jenn D'Eugenio

Women In Vinyl
Founder and President
Austin, TX
Jenn D'Eugenio is the founder and president of the nonprofit organization ‘Women In Vinyl’, as well as co-host of The Women in Vinyl Podcast. A vinyl enthusiast for over two decades, her background spans designing for Fortune 500 fashion companies to career advising for one of the top art colleges in the United States. Jenn’s passion for vinyl has led her to a career in helping to manufacture the physical product for bands, and both major to independent record labels. Her full time job is as Sales and Customer Service Director for Gold Rush Vinyl, a women owned pressing plant in Austin, TX, as well as formerly the Sales and Customer Experience Manager at Furnace Record Pressing. In launching Women in Vinyl in 2018 she sought to combine her love of vinyl and education to empower women and underrepresented people in this industry to achieve their goals and find a career path here on purpose and not by chance. Dedicated to the art and creation of vinyl, Jenn has a book coming out in April 2024, 'Women in Vinyl, the Art of Making Vinyl" with publisher Routledge Taylor & Francis, to continue to educate, demystify and diversify the vinyl industry.
